We are thrilled to launch the very first calendar from All Hallows Farmhouse Cookery School. 

The Story Behind The Calendar 

Deep in the Dorset countryside, under the starlit skies of the Cranborne Chase National Landscape, Lisa Osman welcomes guests to her Georgian farmhouse.  This is home to the only AGA Approved Cookery School in the south of England. 

Cookery guests enjoy a bespoke and individual,  ‘hands on’ experience which includes how to maintain a well-stocked larder as well as to adapt clients favourite recipes to suit the time of year.  The classes concentrate on sharing skills and honing repertoires, rather than recipes.  This inspires everyone to become more intuitive with their home cooking.  

Originally The Seasonal Cook’s Calendar was designed as a useful kitchen guide especially for our guests to enjoy the very best ingredients at their seasonal prime. 

We hope that you find it useful as well as informative as much as we have creating this first edition. 

The calendar is tactile with a design that has been created to give a natural look in keeping with celebrating ingredients that are available each season.
