Navy Binding Utility Oven Cloth by Crisp & Dene

Ideal for every day use in busy home kitchens.

Created using a heavy weight unbleached 100% weave cloth with herringbone pattern. During the first wash the fabric will undergo slight shrinkage whilst the fibres will swell making the cloth softer and thicker. This is because the weave is delivered straight to the maker in its natural state from the loom. The cloth is woven by skilled workers of the Punjab using traditional machinery that was created for the 19th Century textile industry in the north of England.

Crisp & Dene have researched a manufacturing process that limits the use of chemicals to create a tougher and harder working finished product.

Original design by Crisp & Dene. The utility kitchen linen is created using a hard wearing a woven fabric with herringbone pattern and navy binding.

Ideal for everyday use in any AGA or range kitchen. The Crisp & Dene utility oven cloth is suitable for lifting lids, holding pan handles and lifting baking tins out of the cooker. It can also be used as a warming plate cover or hand towel.

William selects natural materials that are durable and will become more appealing to the eye, the more that they are used.
