2. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • We offer free UK delivery on orders over £40.
  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, or via courier for larger items.
  • Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
  • We ship worldwide, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination.

3. Returns Window

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • You must notify us by email at shop@allhallowshome.co.uk before returning your item.

Please note: We do not accept returns for food or other perishable items.


4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Food, pantry, or perishable items
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised items

5. Return Process

To return your item:

  1. Email shop@allhallowshome.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective:

  • Please email us immediately at shop@allhallowshome.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue so we can work with you for a resolution
