How do you like your eggs in the morning?
Our homebred Columbian Blacktails begin their day at sunrise and forage freely beside the River Allen chalk stream.
They lay generous sized eggs with golden yellow yolks and despite the frosty mornings are eager to scratch and peck in the orchard @snowsbarndorset
We’ll gather some fresh eggs for your stay and you’ll discover these in your welcome hamper in the holiday cottage. Or we’ll cook them, just as you like, for breakfast in the farmhouse.
