A new series of kitchen hacks, especially for owners of traditional AGA cookers. We’ve loved hearing from so many @aga_cookers owners recently. So we are answering as many questions as possible in our every Tuesday. If you have recently moved to a new AGA home complete with a pre-loved cooker, you will love the fact that quiche, tarts and savoury flans, don’t need to be ‘baked blind’.Simply line the tin with pastry, add your filling and place the tin either on the floor of the AGA or preheat a baking sheet. (This is my preferred method as I always use a loose bottom tin).DM your questions or email cook@allhallowsfarmhouse and we will be happy to help.
