Care Instructions
Cleaning:
Hand wash only – not suitable for dishwashers.
Clean immediately with a gentle wipe after use and if necessary a little hot soapy water, rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly.
Do not leave soaking in water.
Regularly protect blade with a light application of edible flax oil.
