The apiaries are located beside their flock of free ranging hens, just a short walk from our farmhouse cookery school.
This runny honey is smooth and delicious. Perfect to drizzle on to pancakes, fresh fruit salad, add to smoothies or use as a glaze.
A pure local honey that has a taste reminiscent of watermelon and citrus finishing with the aroma of pear blossom.
