Great ways to make the most of your tea:

• Soak dried fruits with cool tea, add eggs, sugar and self-rasing flour with a pinch of spice.  For a tradtional tea bread. 
• Ring the changes – gather fresh mint, fennel and a couple of borage leaves and infuse for 2-3 minutes for a refreshing start to the day.  Or hang bunches of fresh sage to dry and use the leaves to craft a tisane that will ease digestion
• Spent tea bags and leaves are ideal to add to the compost heap or scatter the leaves under tender hostas to deter slugs and snails
